Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the HR0110 Chrome extension and the connected service at hr0110.app. By using HR0110, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
HR0110 helps recruiters collect job-seeking posts from Facebook groups they can access, extract recruitment details, and organize leads in a workspace. Extracted information can be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed by a person before use.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your account secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and workspace. Tell us promptly through support if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Permitted use
You may use HR0110 only for lawful recruitment and related business purposes. You must respect applicable privacy, employment, anti-discrimination, intellectual property, platform, and communications laws and rules.
You may not use HR0110 to bypass access restrictions, collect data you are not entitled to access, send spam, make automated high-impact employment decisions without appropriate human review, harm the service, or interfere with other users.
4. Your sources and content
You choose the Facebook groups and other sources used with HR0110. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and lawful basis to access, collect, store, and use content from those sources. You retain your rights in content you submit and grant us permission to process it only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.
5. Recruitment decisions
HR0110 organizes publications and suggests extracted fields. It does not verify a person's identity, qualifications, availability, statements, or suitability for a role. You remain responsible for contacting candidates appropriately, checking information, obtaining any required consent, and making fair and lawful recruitment decisions.
6. Third-party services
HR0110 depends on third-party services, including browsers, Facebook, hosting providers, authentication providers, and configured AI providers. Their own terms and availability apply. We are not responsible for changes, restrictions, or interruptions caused by third-party services.
7. Privacy and support
Our Privacy Policy explains how HR0110 processes data. Support tickets are attached to your account and workspace. Support messages are reviewed by a person and are not a substitute for emergency, legal, or professional advice.
8. Availability and limitation
HR0110 is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete extraction of candidate fields, or that any publication is current or accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HR0110 is not liable for indirect damages, lost opportunities, or decisions based on inaccurate or incomplete extraction.
9. Suspension and closure
We may suspend or limit access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, account misuse, legal requirements, or a security risk. When practical, we will provide notice through the service or support channel. You may stop using HR0110 at any time and request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms when product capabilities or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised Terms here with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required.
